Theory: Most Star God games came with the older 1B1125 sound board. Some were produced with the 1B1144 sound board, which was not used on any other games. It is possible, even likely, that some software changes were needed to support the new sound board, which could account for the differences in ROMs 2, 3, 4, and 5 in this archive vs. the images in the widely distributed archive.
Differences: Many. A hex dump of these ROM images, compared to the ones in the widely distributed archive, shows that they contain similar blocks of code, but at different offsets.
Notes: This ROM set was dumped from a game that works fine with a 1B1125 sound board, but that did not work with a 1B1144. It is not known at this time whether the problem was with the 1B1144 or not.
